In cases of refund or returns:
Items returned should be in the same packaging as when it was received without being used. No used, damaged or altered garment shall be replaced. All returned item/s shall be levied a 15% handling fee including tax & delivery & the refund converted into CD/ DVD/ SHOW TICKETS/ BUNDLE &/or other available item on sale in exception of returned seemingly unless otherwise stated.
